Exchange & Replacement Policy

Shop confidently with PRAVtown. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer a replacement.

• Notify us: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Easy Pickup: Once approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup and ship the replacement after inspection.

• Unavailable Item: Choose an alternative item or store credit of the same value.

• Handling Fee: A ₹120/- handling fee applies to exchanges.

International Orders: International orders are non-returnable.
