What is the exchange period for our purchased items?
Placing a request for exchange can be done within a day or 24 hours from the date and time of receiving the shipment. We regret to inform you that none of the requests for processing exchanges will be valid post 24 hours from the date and time you receive your shipment. Please ensure to get in touch with our team at the earliest for any exchange concerning an alternate size / replacement.
How to exchange a purchased item?
If you wish to exchange a product purchased from us, write an email or WhatsApp your request at the earliest. Feel free to send an email at: contactpravtown@gmail.com or send a message only (no calls) to our Customer Service Desk @ +91.+918076049534 between 10:30 hrs and 18:00 hrs, six days a week.
What can I exchange?
You can exchange your online purchase with us, only once. We do not offer multiple exchanges to avoid any hassles. We offer exchange in terms of size and colour for the same product with the same price.
Is there any charge for exchanging products?
As the price of the item shopped and shipped remains the same, there is no additional cost to exchange. However, you need to courier it back to us at your own cost.
What to do if I got a wrong exchange?

How do I pack my exchange package?
We request you to pack your exchange shipment in the same original PRAVtown Box in which you received your order. Make sure all the labels and hangtags remain intact on the item.
Step 1: Once packed in the original box, also use an additional layer of outer plastic cover to keep the box safe against rain or water exposure. We may not be able to process returns if they are received in bad shape or get damaged along with original boxes/casings.
Step 2: Put the tags, and original invoice received from pravtown.com into the exchange box and secure the box using an adhesive tape and a bubble wrap, if required.
Step 3: Send the shipment via courier from a reliable courier agency to the given below address with order number mentioned on the address label:

Will my package get picked up in exchange from my home/office?
We request you to ship the exchange package to our official address through a trusted, reputed courier service provider of your choice and intimate us with all the relevant details to keep a track.
How quickly will you process my exchange?
Once the shipment is received at our warehouse, the quality team will run a quick check of the consignment for fulfilment of our exchange norms. Once the norms are sustained, we will process your exchange / replacement with the required product within a maximum of 10-15 working days from the date of receipt of your exchange shipment. In case the product does not qualify for exchanges or in case of any other issues, our exchange team will get in touch with you for the further process.
Have you received my exchange goods?
Once you courier the package, you can easily track the status of your shipment online with the given AWB number, given by your courier company. In addition, once we receive the shipment, we shall process your request at the earliest and send a confirmation mail.
What after you receive my exchange package?
Our team of Quality Analysts and Quality Checkers will evaluate the product received. If the product sent for exchange is in good condition and meets our exchange norms, your request will be processed within 6-7 working days. To avoid any hassles or rejection, make sure to send the exchange consignment in a secured packaging. We will not be able to process exchange for products that do not meet our "Exchange Quality Requirement".
