PRAVtown offers FREE standard shipping on orders over INR 1499 across India. For orders below INR 1499, a shipping charge of INR 90 will be applied. We ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, lost, or undelivered, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges paid online.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–12 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Package Tampering
If your package appears opened or tampered with, please do not accept the shipment and immediately contact our customer care team at support@pravtown.com
- Reports received after 24 hours of delivery attempt may not be considered.
